Policy on Prohibited Content Use Cases

1. User Restrictions

The User is strictly prohibited from using the XRAYTRUTH Platform for the following purposes:

1.1. Political Discretization

• The Platform must not be used to analyze or assess statements made by politicians, government officials, or public figures for the purpose of:
• undermining reputation;
• discrediting individuals in the media, blogs, or social networks;
• interfering with electoral processes or conducting political campaigns.

1.2. Legal Purposes

• The Platform is not intended to be used as evidence in judicial or investigative proceedings.
• Any interpretation of analytical results has no legal force and may not be regarded as official fact.

1.3. Medical and Psych Diagnostic Purposes

• The Platform must not be used to diagnose or assess an individual’s psychological or medical condition.
• The Platform does not substitute professional consultation.

1.4. Discrimination and Harassments

• The creation or distribution of materials using the Platform for the purposes of:
• discrimination based on gender, race, age, religion, or sexual orientation;
• harassment, blackmail, intimidation, or persecution of others is strictly prohibited.

1.5. Abuse in Interpersonal and Family Relationships

• The Platform must not be used as a tool for control, manipulation, or coercion in personal or family relationships.
• Analytical results are probabilistic in nature and must not be regarded as absolute truth.

2. Consequences of User Violations

2.1. Account Suspension

• Any violation of these rules will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the User’s account.
• The Platform reserves the right to delete any materials created in violation of this Policy.

2.2. Notification and Recordkeeping

• Violations are recorded, including account creation date, date of analysis, and other User actions.
• The User will be notified of the violation via email or the internal notification system.

2.3. Repeated Violations

• In cases of repeated violations, the account will be permanently blocked without the possibility of reinstatement.
• The Platform may refer the matter to legal authorities if the violation involves defamation, threats, or interference in political processes.

2.4. User Liability

• The User bears full responsibility for any consequences resulting from use of the service in violation of this Policy.
• The Platform demonstrates that this prohibition has been duly communicated to the User and does not endorse unlawful, unethical, or non-compliant use under applicable law.
